Saint-Malo, the corsair city, offers a wedding setting unique in Brittany — the ramparts, the sea on every side, the great tides. Based in Saint-Lô, less than an hour away, I work here with a documentary eye.

The Saint-Malo country holds some of the finest reception venues in Brittany — the malouinières, the eighteenth-century shipowners’ residences surrounded by parkland, the granite manor houses of the hinterland, the estates facing the bay. The ramparts, the Sillon beach, the Grand Bé and the Rothéneuf headland offer powerful maritime settings for couple photos — provided you make friends with the wind and the tide.
To marry facing the sea is to accept that the light and the sky make some of the decisions for you. That is precisely what makes the strongest images — I wait for them rather than force them.
Travel is included within 30 km of Saint-Lô; beyond that it is a flat fee based on distance, from €40 up to a maximum of €500, always confirmed before you book.
