I have worked at the Château de Martragny, an elegant residence between Caen and Bayeux, at the Château de Creully — an eleventh-century gem with vaulted halls and wooded grounds — at the Domaine de la Baronnie on the edge of Caen, and at the Domaine de Cauvicourt, whose gardens and the warm welcome of its owners create a rare atmosphere.
Caen is a city of contrasts — history all around, the countryside ten minutes away. These contrasts feed the images. I always look for the moment where architecture and emotion answer one another.
