"From" prices are for the session itself. Beyond Paris, travel and accommodation are quoted separately, depending on the city and the season — everything in writing before you book. No surprise fees, ever.
Booking: 50% at booking, balance before the session. For faraway destinations, the deposit becomes non-refundable once travel tickets are issued.
