You ask the question. I am already there, invisible — and nothing of that moment is lost: the surprise, the yes, your first minutes together.
A proposal lasts a few minutes, and there is no doing it again. That is exactly my craft: I am a documentary photographer — I photograph what truly happens, staging nothing. The nerves just before, the question, the hand over the mouth, the yes — all of it real, all of it kept.
Before the day, we plan the spot, the hour and a simple scenario together. When the moment comes, your partner never sees me — and you have only one thing to do: ask the question.
WhatsApp, email or a video call — in English, whatever your timezone, only with you, at the hours you give me. We choose the spot, the hour and the light, and agree on a simple plan: where you stand, what the signal is.
I am in place before you arrive, at a distance, with a long lens — one stroller among others. Your partner notices me neither before nor during. You ask the question; I photograph everything.
I leave you that moment first, then you introduce me — the surprise goes on. We continue with a few portraits together, or a full couple session if you chose the complete package.
Optional: the film of your session — a music slideshow in high definition, made from your photographs — 89 € · and an album designed together from your full selection, 450 € (20×30) or 850 € (luxe 30×40), shipped worldwide, insured and tracked.
Travel: the first 30 km around Saint-Lô included, then 0.40 € per km round trip — always announced in advance. Booking: your date is secured by contract.
The most spectacular setting — and the most demanding: the tide decides everything. I live an hour from the bay and time your proposal on the tide table.
The old harbour, the timber-framed lanes, the quays — an intimate, living backdrop, photographed during a real engagement session.
The white cliffs above the sea, the evening light — a setting worthy of the question you are about to ask.
Omaha, the great open beaches, the horizon — sober and powerful, especially at the first or last light of day.
The ramparts, the beaches at the foot of the walls — an hour away, already photographed in engagement sessions.
A proposal in the middle of the city, then a graphic, cinematic session: that is Urban Love, from Paris to New York.
These photographs come from two real sessions: an after-wedding at Mont-Saint-Michel — including the Fearless Award-winning image — and an engagement session in Honfleur.
Write to me with your date, the setting you imagine, and what your partner must not find out. I reply within 48 hours — discreetly, whatever your timezone.
